| A Daily Secret Ingredient |

Over the years I've often been asked the question "Deb, what's your secret ingredient in providing such good service at such an affordable price." A question I'm often confronted with.
As our client base changes I realize more that the principles that we live by and the way we do business are one and the same.
I've heard many stories from people who say they have been "taken for" by paying extra but receiving less quality. It seems to be evident everywhere: Grocery Stores, Car Lots, Restaurants, Hair Stylists, the list goes on. I understand that due to rising costs, prices will most likely change. However the real question is - why does the quality have to go down? Well it doesn't.
It seems that many services today have lost their focus on what is important - the client. It's very simple. Without the client there wouldn't be a business.
Imagine if every business used a secret ingredient to create the perfect relationship with their clients. I really shouldn't call it a secret actually.
"The secret ingredient is right in front of you." I tell them. "It's integrity."
If you look in the dictionary the definition for integrity is:
Steadfast adherence to a strict moral or ethical code.
The state of being unimpaired; soundness.
The quality or condition of being whole or undivided; completeness.

The thesaurus says: candor, forthrightness, goodness, honesty, honorableness, sincerity, uprightness.
Big words. That's quite an obligation when your company is named Integrity.
As our client base grows with these satisfied clients we realize that they would not exist without this principle in our lives - and of this principle in our business.

Perhaps you have heard the old cliché: "We live by our name."
Well, I would like to add to that: "We don't know any other way."
